Seiko is a Japanese company that manufactures and retails electronic and optical products. We created a double fold leaflet for Seiko Progressive Lenses. Because the USp of the lenses was its thinness, the leaflet too was made in a slim format using ‘Thin As Air’ as the cover line. Inside too, the lens curvature has been applied as a design element.
TMC is another optical solutions provider that manufactures lens coatings that provide anti-reflection clearer vision. The leaflet we created for it makes use of a large inner image of a person wearing both TMC and non TMC lenses simultaneously, illustrating their difference. The lense curvature has been applied as a design element and the technicalities of TMC technology are explained neatly below.
This series of leaflets was created for GKB Opticals, specifically for Computer Vision Syndrome, Sunglasses, Contact Lenses and Keep a Spare Pair at Hand. The Computer Vision leaflet uses a grey and white background, emphasising its medical nature while increasing readability. The sunglasses leaflet has a vibrant yellow background cueing sunshine and uses product and model shots in a trendily laid out design. The leaflet for Contact Lenses is in a brochure style as opposed to the others, which are foldouts. It includes a section on commonly believed contact lens myths as well as pictures of people engaging in activities such as extreme sports or running along the beach owing to their use of contact lenses. The Keep a Spare Pair at Hand leaflet uses a bright pink colour to attract attention and is aimed at an older audience so uses a design language that is more conservative and accessible to them.
This concertina style leaflet was designed as a mailer to prospective GKB clients in Delhi, announcing the opening of a new lifestyle retail optical outlet in the capital. It includes pictures and information on various other such showrooms in the city. Rendered in a simple, black background, it uses cyan highlights and lettering with pictures of the stores. The back of the leaflet showcases the products themselves in full page models shots.
This gift voucher was created for GKB Opticals for Diwali. The primary design element used here is the sparkle that has even been extended onto the product itself, giving the voucher a very festive feel. Since it was meant for a general target audience, it has a very simple and straightforward design, minimising ambiguity of any sort.
